Highly effective special cleaning concentrate with natural ingredients
– for regular cleaning and care! Osmo (Wisch - Fix 8016).
• It contains soaps based on natural oils. The wood does not dry out from cleaning.
• When used regularly, the highly effective Wash and Care produces a low-maintenance, nonslip
surface.
• The water-soluble ingredients prevent streaks and do not form a layer.
• Especially mild on skin, free of dyes and aromas, biodegradable, free of solvents and emissions, and thus it supports a healthy living environment.
• Wash and Care is ideally used with Osmo Opti-Set (Micro-Mop Plush). Add Osmo Wash and Care to water.
• Clean the floor with a damp (not wet) mop and wipe dry immediately. When applied regularly, the surface becomes resistant to dirt and signs of wear.

RECOMMENDED USE
Osmo Wash and Care is especially suitable for cleaning and maintaining oiled and waxed wooden flooring. Furthermore, it is also recommended for furniture, doors, wall and ceiling panelling.

COVERAGE
1 capful of Wash and Care per litre water. For higher levels of soiling or for mechanical applications, dosage can be increased up to a mixing ratio of 1:1.

MAINTENANCE OIL - Ideal for refreshing and maintaining Polyx®-Oil surfaces.
• Clear or transparent, fast drying wood finish for the basic care and maintenance of oiled/waxed wooden floors.
• Dull and matt flooring is refreshed with Osmo Maintenance Oil.
• By applying Maintenance Oil at the right time, time-consuming sanding works and renovation can be avoided.
• Before using wood care oil it is necessary to remove all dust from wooden surfaces, wash the floor with Osmo Wisch - Fix tool.
• Suitable for wood; microporous surface does not crack, peel, flake or blister. Resistant to wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk and water according to DIN 68861-1A – no water spots.
• When dry, finish is safe for humans, animals and plants and is suitable for children‘s toys as per EN 71.3 (European norm) and is resistant to saliva and perspiration according to DIN 53160 (German industrial norm).
• Tip: Before starting to use the product, try it less visible place to make sure the product is suitable for your oiled wooden surface.

RECOMMENDED USE
Osmo Maintenance Oil is ideal for maintaining all wooden flooring treated with Polyx®-Oil, such as solid wood and plankwood flooring, parquet, blockstrip, OSB and cork flooring, as well as stairs and furniture. Highly recommended for public spaces (e.g. restaurants, museums and other high traffic floors).

INGREDIENTS
Based on natural plant oils and waxes (sunflower oil, soya oil, thistle oil, carnauba wax and candelilla wax), paraffin, titanium dioxide white pigment, siccatives (drying agents) and water-repellent additives. Dearomatized white spirit (benzene-free). VOC classification in compliance with EU regulations (2004/42/EC): out of scope.
